YouTube Video Editor Adds Image Stabilization Functionality

YouTube logo
Beginning from today, YouTube would enable the videos you shoot with handheld devices look more stable and smoother. Just as YouTube has imported an image stabilization tool, which could reduce the shakiness in video, no matter from walking or riding.

The tool has been integrated in YouTube Video Editor, which was introduced to YouTube in last summer. Previously, YouTube Video Editor could just trim video, adjust brightness and contrast, add subtitles, merge multiple videos into one and add transition Flash. Now with the newly added image stabilization feature, you don’t have to use any third-party video editing software to do the same thing anymore.

Here is the sample video processed by the Image Stabilization tool. You could use this YouTube video downloader software to download the it to your computer.
