The music video was directed by Benn Jae and Tony Prescott. It seems like shot in a night club where Brown sits in a red throne surrounded by half-naked dancers. Spot light focuses on her while the other part of the scenario is rather dark. Pitbull makes his appearance in the video by rapping close to Brown and teasing her. In the end, Brown smashes the stereo system with a hammer.
"We Run the Night" was Havana Brown's debut single. The original version of the song was released for digital download on 29 April, 2011. Then Brown added Pitbull to the remix of the song and the video, so the song became popular, and topped the Billboard Dance Chart. It seems like a pattern that hot lady + Pitbull = straight fire. Another example of the pattern is Jennifer Lopez's "On the Floor". Whether disagree or not, if you compare these two songs and videos, you'll find that they just look rather similar.
