Just like other music videos of LMFAO, Sorry for Party Rocking video is full of great dancing. The video reminds me Katy Perry's Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F) video. At the beginning of the video, an old married couple complains about the loud noise from their neighbor's house party, which is hosted by LMFAO. So the couple calls the police to stop the party. The cops arrive and join the party instead of enforcing the law. In the end, RedFoo falls on the floor and is whisked away by an ambulance.
The clip is directed by Mickey Finnegan, who also directed LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem" and "Sexy and I Know It". Sorry for Party Rocking is the fourth single of LMFAO's second studio album of the same name. Other three singles from the album are "Party Rock Anthem", "Champagne Showers" and "Sexy and I Know It". The song peaked at 60 on Billboard Hot 100.
